Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Ezeemath, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational content and a meaningful learning experience. Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any course, program, or educational service.

1. Digital Course Purchases

All Ezeemath courses are digital educational products. Upon purchase, students receive immediate access to course materials, resources, and learning content. Because of the nature of digital products, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that:

  • No more than 20% of the course content has been accessed or viewed.

  • No substantial downloadable resources have been downloaded.

  • The student has not attended more than one live support or doubt-clearing session associated with the course.

Refund requests submitted after 7 calendar days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for consideration.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • More than 7 calendar days have passed since purchase.

  • More than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

  • Downloadable materials, worksheets, or exclusive resources have been substantially accessed or downloaded.

  • The student has attended live classes, workshops, or doubt-clearing sessions beyond the permitted limit.

  • The purchase was made during a special promotional offer, scholarship offer, or limited-time discounted sale, unless otherwise stated.

  • Dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference after substantial course access.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@ezeemath.com with:

  • Full name

  • Registered email address

  • Course name

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for the refund request

All requests will be reviewed individually. We may request additional information to process your request.

5. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

6. Cancellation Policy

For one-time course purchases, cancellation simply means discontinuing access after purchase; it does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund.

For subscription-based or recurring payment programs (if applicable), you may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.

7. Access Termination

Ezeemath reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any course or service in cases of:

  • Unauthorized sharing of course materials

  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions

  • Misuse of platform resources

In such cases, no refund will be provided.

8. Policy Updates

Ezeemath reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
